A hybrid touring binding for skiers who want downhill-binding behavior on the way down. A rotating pin toe holds the boot, while an alpine-style heel handles release in both directions, with settings from 5 to 13 and plenty of elastic travel to soak up chop. You can switch modes without stepping out, the toe-mounted brake stows itself, and the heel doubles as a climbing riser.
