Scarpa's TX Pro is a telemark boot for men with strong free-heel technique who combine touring with downhill turns. Walk mode allows the cuff to move during the approach, then restores support for the descent. The NTN connection keeps it within that telemark binding system, leaving the heel free for the movement that defines a telemark turn.
