Union's Charger is a popular splitboard binding for intermediate to expert backcountry riders. Its Dual-Lock mechanism makes changing from skinning to riding fast and frustration-free, even with cold hands. The medium-stiff flex keeps the descent feeling much like your resort setup, so you can ride with confidence once the skins are off.
