Women's Ski Boots

Women's ski boots often offer different cuff shapes and smaller sizes, but the right choice still comes down to your feet and lower legs. A close heel fit helps you steer without clenching your toes. Check room over the instep and around the calf as carefully as forefoot width. Flex should suit your weight, strength and skiing pace; a larger number is not a promise of better control. Try boots with the thin socks you ski in and spend time standing and flexing. Avoid going up a size to escape one pressure point before a boot fitter has assessed the shape.
