Men's Ski Gloves
A men's ski glove has to keep your hands warm while still letting you work a zipper, a buckle and a pole strap. Leather palms grip well and last for years if you treat them, while synthetic palms dry faster and need less care. Compare the length of the cuff too, as a gauntlet goes over your jacket sleeve and a short cuff slides under it. Check the fit with your fingers extended: a little space at the tips traps warm air, but too much makes it hard to feel your poles. Removable liners dry overnight and add flexibility. If your fingers often go numb on the lift, consider a warmer glove before adding more layers.
